I Am Hustle - Poem by Wale Smyle

I am hustle
The calling of the bus conductor shouting from dawn to dusk
I am hustle
The B.Sc. holder working in a kiosk
I am hustle
The Y boy sitting next to the computer striking and clicking keys day and night hoping for the hayday
I am hustle
The punter hoping tomorrow will be a good day
I am hustle
The practical girl waiting along the high way like an hitchhiker
I am hustle
The echoing sounds of the market women reaching out to customers
I am hustle
The voices of the hawkers on the street
I am hustle
The okada man riding from lanes to streets
I am hustle
The words of a young writer longing to be publish
I am hustle
The dream waiting to flourish
I am a hustler
Restless days and night
I am a hustler
Though am weak still I’ll strive
I hustle because life is tussle
