Lady Lucifer - Poem by R K Summers

A blood dropp on a gown of white,
Lady Lucifer arose,
Upon a pale midwinter night,
As a frozen damask rose.

Grieving ravens fall through skies,
To the dark beauty below,
Embracing ice and shame and lies,
For then her power can grow.

Half whispered maze in silver-grey clouds,
Calling diamonds from coal,
A crystalline furnace, an orchestra shroud,
Warming the depths of her soul.
