Lost Hope - Poem by Shadow Alliance

Deep dark places of despair and fear,
Evil arises and approaches near.
All is lost there is naught to save,
Terror arrives in a tidal wave.

Food is gone and the weather’s cold,
The clouds are here with no glint of gold.
Wind sweeps past the walls of sand,
Nothing grows in this barren land.

Doomed to die on this forsaken isle,
Nearest country is many a mile.
Last words exchanged and desperate calls,
But no one can hear them, they silently fall.
