A Brave Reform - Poem by C. Dawn Campbell

When hope seems lost, yet your hope  remains. When a joke's the cost from what's down the drain. When the tears fall daily from each deadly storm. When words aren't told gaily. Oh, then is the time for a brave reform.

When parents do not cherish what's been given them. When people perish and cannot SWIM. When kids are killed inside their dorm. When it's God-willed, it's time for a brave reform.

When against its own, one retaliates. When one breaks one's bones, exemplifying hate. When opposed to mates, one chooses porn. When things aren't great, oh, then is the time for a brave reform.

Envoi:
When the food tastes plain & does not give. When preferred, is to complain, instead of live. When nothing seems as of the norm, oh, then is the time for a brave reform.
