One Little Book
There was this one little book
With only one little word.
And only one page it took
It didn't bother for more.

It was covered all in dust
For it was not ever opened.
Nobody took that as unjust
For they believed that book meant nothing.

But that one little message

'Lights turned off, moon is shining.
I hear a snore, and crickets crying.
Meow meow, a cat is cursing.
And the sun for now will stay in place.
Nothing more shall shake the vision.
And for now we may all sleep.
Close your eyes and keep them closed,
Do not dare to wake up.
Only sleep and breathe, and . . .
