My Brother
A bowl of oats,
Hersheys in milk
He nods a no
refusing to drink
When I eat noodles
He watches in glee
Hmm... he hums
Walking up to me.
When mother gets porridge,
He squeaks, 'No, not for me.
A bigger boy now,
I'll have buns, cupcakes and tea'. . . .

Summer
Shimmering sands
Umbrellas big and small,
Mangoes and milkshakes,
Melons and limr juice.
Everyone has fun
Running on the beach under the sun. . . .
