I woke up to the sound of rain
Water trickling down a drain
Here in my cabin all alone
The only path is but a lane.

Darkened clouds beyond have shown
That it can keep a pounding tone
Rain above maintains to pour
Drops of water now have grown.

Clouds rover ranges
