Poems about girl - A Tribal Girl

A Tribal Girl - Poem by Yasmeen Khan

A beaming ray from one eye
The other behind an awning, smile
Wishes, desires born and die
And upon their graves falls a tear
She moves and walks in a born fear

Waiting for Fate for flowers or thorns
That she’s to walk on all life long
The soul finds bliss or remains forlorn
She is a village girl with no slime
Being angelic yet she’s done some crime
